ካልኣይ ጉባኤ በይ-ኤርያ ኤርትራውያን ንዲሞክራስያዊ ለውጢ

ድለይቲ ፍትሒ በይ-ኤርያ ኤርትራውያን ንዲሞክራስያዊ ለውጢ (ዳዕሮ በይ-ኤርያ) ካልኣይ ጉባኤኡ ብዝሓለፈ ሰንበት 7 ታሕሳስ ኣካይዱ። ኣብዚ ጉባኤ እዚ ዓመታዊ ምርጫ ተገይሩ። እዚ ጉብኤ እዚ፡ ብቑጽሪ ተኻፈልቱ ይኹን ብኣጋባብ ኣካያይድኡ፡ በቲ ኣብኡ ዝወዓለ ኣባል ኣድናቖትን ምስጋናን ዘትረፈ እዩ። ምኽንያቱ መብዛሕትኡ እቲ ንጡፍ ተኻፋሊ፡ ብሰንኪ ሽማግለ ቦርድ ዘሕለፎ ጽጉም ተሞክሮታት ካብ ዘሕደሮ ስክፍታ ብምብጋስ፡ ብዙሕ ሰብ ኣይክመጽእን እዩ ዝብል ግማት ነበሮ። ብኣንጻሩ ግና ኣብዚ ካልኣይ ጉባኤ እዚ፡ እቲ ዝተዳለወ ኣዳራሽ ዒቕ ኢሉ፡ ነቲ ዝነበረ ስክፍታ ወጊዱ፡ ንረኣይኡን ተኻፈልቱን ኣደኒቑን ኣሐጒሱን እዩ ዘምሰየ።

ኣኼባ ብሕጽር ዝበለ ዝኽሪ ነቲ ዓሚ ከምዚ ሎሚ ኣብ በይ-ኤርያ ፍልማይ ዑደቱ ዝፈለም ክቡር ኣቦን ሓውን ሎሚ ምሳና ዝየሎ ዶክተር ተወልደ (ወዲ ቫካሮ) ብምዝካር እዩ ተከፊቱ። ብኣዳለውቲ ምርጫ ከም ዝምራሕ ብምግባር ከኣ፡ ኣጀንዳታት ናይቲ ኣኼባ ሰሪዖም ንኣኼበኛ ብጽሑፍ ዓዲሎም ኣንበብሉ። ካብቲ ቀዳማይ ኣጀንዳ ዝተሰርዐ ጸብጻብ ናይ ዝሓለፈ ዓመት ምቕራብ እዩ ዝነበረ። ዮናስ ወልደኣብ ኣባል ቦርድ ብፓወር ፖይንት ኣሰንዩ፡ እቲ ማሕበር እንታይ ንጥፈታት ከም ዘካየደ፡ ብሓፈሽኡ ጉዕዞኡ እንታይ ይመስል ከምዝነበረ፡ ዓቕሙ ክብ ንምባል ድማ ዘለዎ ዕድላትን ተኽእሎታትን መደባትን ብምስራዕ ከመይ ክኸውን ከም ዝኽእል ኣረዲኡ። እንተኾነ ግና ሓደ ካብቲ ድኽመታት፡ ዓመታዊ ጸብጻብ ሽማግለ በይ ኤርያ ብምልኡነቱ ክቐርብ ዘይምኽኣሉ እዩ። ኣቦ-መንበር ኣብዚ ኣኼባ እዚ ሰለዘይተረኽበ፡ ከምኡ ዝኾነሉ ምኽንያት ብምክትል ኣደ-መንበር ብከምዚ ዝስዕብ ተገሊጹ። ንሱ ድማ እቲ ቦርድ ብፍርቂ ሓይሉ ጥራይ ይሰርሕ ብምንባሩ፡ ኣባላት ቦርድ ኣብ ገለ ገለ ግለሰባት ዘይምርድዳእ ስለዝነበር ኣብ ስራሕ ጸገማት የጋጥም ከምዝነበረን ከምቲ ዝተተለመ ክስጉም ከምዘይተኻእለ ሓቢራ። ስለዚ እቲ ቦርድ ሽግራት ስለዝነበሮ ፡ ነቲ ጸገማቱ ዝፈትሕን ዝዓርቕን ናይ ምርድዳእ ሽማግለ ተመስሪታ፡ ሓደ ሓደ ግድላት ከምዝፈትሐትን ከምዘረዳድአትን እውን ገሊጻ። ብሓፈሽኡ ነዚ ኣርእስቲ እዚ ኣልዒልና ክንዛረብ እንተድኣ ኾይና እቲ ጠንቅን ሳዕቤናቱ ርዱእ ክነሱ ኣውዒሉ ከሕድረና እዩ። ስለዝኾነ ኸኣ፡ ብሓፈሽኡ እቲ ስእሊ ከምዚ ኣሕጺረ ዝገለጽክዎ ኾይኑ፡ ኣብዚ ሎሚ መዓልቲ ኣኪብና ዘሎ ጉዳይ ናይ ምርጫ ተድሃብና ይሓይሽ ዝብል ርእይቶ ብምሃብ ደምዲማ። እቲ ኣኼበኛ ድማ ነዚ ርእይቶ እዚ ርዒሙ፡ ጉባኤ ናብ ጉዳይ ምርጫ ኣተወ።

የግዳስ ምስቲ ኩል ጸገም፡ ደለይቲ ፍትሒ በይ-ኤርያ ከም ቀደምና መሪሕ ተራ ክንጻወት ኣለና ብምባል ኣብ ሓይሊ ዕማም ብምጥርናፍ ንብዙሕ ተቀማጦ እዚ ከባቢ ብምስታፍ ሓያሎ ዕማማምት ብዓወት ተዛዚሙ እዩ። ሓደ ካብቲ ጎሊሑ ዝተራእየ ስርሓት ድማ ኣንጻር ፈስቲቫል ጉጂለ ህግደፍ ዝተካየደ ሰላማዊ ሰልፊ እዩ። እዚ ንብዙሓት ደለይቲ ፍትሒ ጸባ ዘስተየ ኾይኑ፡ ንተደናገጽቲ ህግደፍ ድማ ግምዕምዕ ዘበለ ሃንደበት እዩ ኔሩ።

ድሕሪ ጸብጻብ ቦርድ፡ ኣዳላዊት ምርጫ ኣጋባብ ምርጫ ክመሓየሽ ኣለዎ ብማለት ነቲ ዝሓለፈ ሰሙንን ፈረቃን ክንዳለወሉ ዝቀነና እማመ ናብ ህዝቢ ቀረበ። እማመና ኣብቲ ሕገ-ህንጻ ማሕበር ስለዘየለ ከም ዓንቀጽ ወይ ዓንቀጻት ክሰፍር ኣለዎ ብማለት ኣኼበኛ ብድምጺ ንኸጽድቖ በብሓደ ተዘትይሉ። ብሓጺሩ፡ ምርጫ ክካየድ እንከሎ፡ ንሓደ ዜጋ ዝሓጺ ስለምንታይ ይሓጽዮ ከምዘሎ ክገልጽ፡ ተቓዉሞ ብዛዕባ ሕጹይ ዘለዎ ተቓውሞኡ ክገልጽ፡ ሕጹይ ነቲ ዝተሓጽዮ ስራሕ ኣመልኪቱ ዓቕሙን ክእለቱን ብቕዓቱን ክገልጽ፡ ንነብሱ ክፋልጥ ወ.ዘ.ተ. ብሓፈሽኡ ኤርትራዊ ዜጋ እዚ ኣጋባብ እዚ ንኽላማመድ ኣብ ሕገ-ህንጻ ማሕበር በይ-ኤርያ ኤርትራውያን ንዲሞክራስያዊ ለውጢ ንኽሰፍር ተሰማሚዑ። በዚ መሰረት እዚ ኸኣ እቲ ምርጫ ተኻይዱ። 16 ሕጹያት ቀሪቦም ካብኦም ከኣ 7 መሪሕነት ቦርድ ተመሪጾም። ምስኡ ተተሓሒዙ ከኣ ኮታ ወይ ሕዛእቲ ንተኻፋልነት ናይ ደቂ-ኣንስትዮ ኣብ መሪሕነት ዝምልከት፡ ብዝወሓደ ካብ 30% ናብ 40% ክብ ክብል ጸዲቑ። ኣብ ርእሲኡ ነዚ ሕግታት እዚ ኣብ ሕገ-ህንጻ ዘስፍሩን ካልእ ክምዕብልን ክመሓየሽን ዘድልዮ ዝርእዩን 3 ኣባላት ተመርጹ። ከማኡውን ክልተ ትቆጻጸርቲ ማሕበር ብተሳትፎ ጉባኤ ተመሪኢጻም ጸደቁ።

ኣብዚ ምርጫ እዚ መብዛሕትኦም መንእሰያት እዮም ተመሪጾም። ኣብ ሕጸ ዝቐረቡ ውሑዳት ዓበይቲ ግና ነይሮም እዮም። እንተኾነ ግና ሓደ ሓደ ካብኣቶም፡ ንስኻትኩም መንእሰያት ክትቅበሉናን ክትመርሑናን ኣለኩም ዝብል ርእይቶታት ብምቕራብ ነቲ ሕጸ ዘይተቐበልዎ ነይሮም። ብሓፈሽኡ ግና እዚ ኩነታት እዚ ርዱእን ርኡይን ብምዃኑ እቲ ዝሕጸ ዝነበረ መብዛሕትኡ መንእሰይ እዩ ዝነበረ። በዚ መሰረት እዚ ኣብ በይ-ኤርያ እቲ መሪሕነት ቦርድ ናብ መንእሰያት ተመሓላሊፉ እዩ ክብሃል ይከኣል። ኣብ መጨረሽታ እታ ብዙሕ ግዜ ድገምያ ዘበለት ግጥሚ ፍረወይኒ ገርግሽ ድሕሪ ምንባባ፡ እቲ ዝወዓለ ኣኼባ በዚ ተፈጸመ። ኣርእስቲ እታ ግጥሚ፡ ”ኣብ ዝኽሪ ሽምዓኻ እዩ ጉባኤና ወዲ ባካሮ፡” ትብል። ሓንቲ ዓምዲ ካብታ ግጥሚ፡–

The Justice Ministry said in a press release on Tuesday that Eritreans will no longer be automatically granted asylum if they came to Denmark to flee their home country’s authoritarian rule and compulsory military service.

Several experts are skeptical about the conclusions of the Danish asylum report on Eritrea.

Danish Immigration Service report on Eritrea gets hug from several experts and professionals.

Here are some of them:

* Jens Weise Olesen, senior consultant at the Danish Immigration Service to TV2:

– It’s a torpedo directly into the work we have done over 20 years to build credibility and transparency.

* Tamrat Kebebe, director of grassroots organization Inter Africa Group and the source of the report:

– The conclusion has been reached to / have constructed does not reflect my point of view. In fact, the situation in Eritrea considered, I find it inhumane. It is achieved by deliberately distort and tailor my statements.

* Professor at London South Bank University and the source of the report, Gaim Kibreab:

– I would dump the report if it was a first-year student who had handed it to me.

* Carl Bexelius, deputy head of legal affairs at the Swedish Migration Board:

– The report provides a picture of the situation in Eritrea, which is better than it in fact is the case. It is simply misleading.

* Dan Connell, a professor and lecturer in African politics at Simmons College in Boston. Has worked with Eritrea for 40 years. Politiken:

– It is a sloppy report appears to be designed for use political rather than to explore a subject. It is wrong absurdly on several points.

* Report from the United Kingdom announced in November, according to Politiken:

– The government (in Eritrea, ed.), People regard as political opponents if they deserting or evading military service, and treatment of these people will probably lead to prosecution.

* Sheila B. Keetharuth, UN Special Rapporteur on human rights in Eritrea, in a speech, according to Berlingske:

– Eritreans flee forced conscription indefinitely, arbitrary arrests and imprisonment, solitary confinement, inhumane prison conditions, killings, disappearances and torture.

* David Bozzini, a visiting scientist at the City University of New York and internationally recognized Eritrea expert, Berlingske:

– The report from the Danish immigration authorities is a perfect example of how such reports should not be. It is biased and colored.

* Secretary General of the Danish Refugee Council, Andreas Kamm, on Twitter:

– Immigration should withdraw the report on Eritrea back and rethink the whole concept. One must be able to trust the authorities.

* Claus Juul, Legal Adviser at Amnesty International:

– One can begin to process the files (for asylum seekers from Eritrea, ed.) Now, but we do not believe that it could incorporate the report of the proceedings as it looks.

* Anne Mette Kjær, researcher in African politics and government feeling at Aarhus University:

– According to my assessment holds premise of the report – that there is a lack of new information on the state of Eritrea – not. There are lots of sources, including credible sources.

ኣባላት ዓርቢ ሓርነት ካብ ኤርትራ ብዝሓበሩዋ መሰረት እቲ ስእላዊ ጽሑፍ (graffiti) ኣብ ዝተፈላለየ ቦታትት ክኸውን ከሎ ሓደ ካብቲ ግራፊቲ ዝተሰኣሎ ቦታ ድማ ኣብ ፊት ቤት መግቢ መሶብ ወርቂ ጥቃ ካማሳሪያቶ ሓማሴን ዝፍለጥ ቦታ ምኾኑ ሓቢሮም። እቲ ስእላዊ ጽሑፍ (graffiti) ድማ ”ሓውካ ኣበይ ኣሎ”፣ ”ተለዓል” ን ”ዓርቢ ሓርነት” ዝብል ይርከቦ። እዚ ንለውጢ ዝጽውዕ ስእላዊ ጽሑፍ (graffiti) ንመጀመርያ እዋን ኣብ ኣብ ኤርትራ ይሰኣል ከም ዘሎ ሓቢሮም።



በቲ ሓደ ሸነክ ድማ፡ ቀዳም ምሸት ኣብ ዘተፈላለያ ለይታዊ ትልሂት ክዘናግዑ ዘምሰዩ ናብ ማኪንኦም ምስተመልሱ ”ሓውካ ኣበይ ኣሎ” ዝብል ስቲከር ከምዝለጠፉሎም ሓቢሮም። ክምኡውን ኣብ ዝተፈላለየ ሕዝቢ ዝእከቦሎም ቦታትት ዘተፈላለየ ጽሑፍ ዘለዎ ፖስተራት ለጢፎም ከም ዝሓደሩ ሓቢሮም።



ኤርትራና ክውንቲ ንኽትከውን ሂወቶም ዝኸፈሉ፡ ኣካሎም ዝሰንከሎን ደሞም ዝኻዓውን ኤርትራውያን ኣሕዋትናን ኣሓትናን፡ ኤርትራ ኩሉ ኤርትራዊ ብማዕረ ዝዳነየላ፡ ሃገር ፍትሕን ዲሞክራስን ድኣ’ምበር፡ ኤርትራዊ ብፍርሒ ተጎቢኡ፡ ብግፍዕን ምልክን ዝመሓደረላ ሃገር ክትከውን ኣይኮነን ዝነበረ። ስለዚ ነዚ ካብ ጻት ናብ ጻት ኤርትራ ነጊሱ ዘሎ ምልካዊ ስርዓት ሚሒኻ፡ ራእን ትምኒትን እቶም ምእንቲ ሃገሮምን ህዝቦምን ዝሓለፉ ጀጋኑ ሰማእታትና ንምትግባር፡ እዋኑ ዝጠልቦ ሃገራውን ታሪኻውን ግዴታ ኩሉ ኤርትራዊ ዜጋ እዩ።
